城市轨道交通网络化调度管理系统需求研究

摘要

With the networked operation of Urban Rail Transit, the demand of networked dispatching manage-ment system in networking level has been valued by related Business enterprises. To guarantee the integrated man-agement and emergency coordination after the networked operation of Rail Transit lines, network command centers ( or emergency command centers) have been established in the cities of Beijing,Shanghai, Guangzhou and others to coordinately take the work of operation and management in networking level. Although the function position, post-setting and jurisdiction of network command centers in different cities are different, but their functional requirements of dispatching coordination in networking level are consistent. This article mainly study on the functions positioning of network command centers, the characteristics and contents of networked dispatching management, in the angle of network command centers networked dispatching management, finally comes to some suggestions on establishing net-work command centers networked dispatching management system.%随着城市轨道交通的联网运营，线网层面的网络化调度指挥需求逐渐引起运营企业的重视。虽然各城市线网指挥中心功能定位、岗位设置和管辖范围不同，但其在线网层面的调度与协调的功能需求是一致的。从线网指挥中心网络化调度管理角度出发，对线网指挥中心职能定位、网络化调度管理特点、内容等进行阐述，提出了建设“线网指挥中心网络化运营调度管理系统”的相关建议。
