马尾松种子园自由授粉8年生子代生长分析与选择

     

摘要

Investigations were conducted on growth traits of 8-year open-pollinated filial generation ofPinus massoniana for progeny test in Guangzhuang, Shaxian, Fujian province. The result showed that mean tree height, DBH and stem volume was 7.12m, 10.44cm and 0.0353m3, respectively, with annual increment of 0.89m, 1.31cm, 0.0044m3. Growth trait had strong genetic control. Annual genetic variation coefficient of tree height, DBH and stem volume ranged 6.27%-12.92%, 11.35%-13.88%, 25.69%-33.26%, while family heritability of tree height, DBH and stem volume was 0.8066-0.8916, 0.8475-0.8590, 0.8592-0.8728. Among tested families, fourteen superior ones were selected by average tree height, DBH and stem volume of 7.80m, 12.27cm, 0.049895m3, which was 9.55%, 17.53% and 41.35% more than that of mean value of total. The genetic gain of tree height, DBH and stem volume reached 7.67%, 14.85% and 35.53%.%对马尾松初级种子园自由授粉8年生子代测定林进行调查分析,在生长性状评价的基础上对优良种质进行筛选。结果表明:林分生长良好,8年生时平均树高、胸径、单株立木材积分别为7.12 m、10.44 cm、0.0353 m3,年均生长量分别达到0.89 m、1.31 cm、0.0044 m3;生长性状受到强度的遗传控制;各年度树高、胸径、单株立木材积的遗传变异系数分别介于6.27%~12.92%、11.35%~13.88%、25.69%~33.26%间,家系遗传力分别介于0.8066~0.8916、0.8475~0.8590、0.8592~0.8728。并筛选出14个速生优良家系,其8年生时平均树高、胸径、单株立木材积分别为7.80 m、12.27 cm、0.049895 m3,分别较群体均值大9.55%、17.53%、41.35%,遗传增益分别为7.67%、14.85%和35.53%。
