2种植物生长调节剂对榉树容器苗生理特性的影响

     

摘要

采用不同浓度的多效唑(PP333)和矮壮素(CCC)两种生长调节剂对榉树(Zelkova serrata)(胸径约5 cm)容器苗主要生理特性的影响进行研究。结果表明:不同浓度的两种生长调节剂使榉树容器苗生理指标(叶绿素(a+b)、叶绿素a/b、SOD酶活性、POD酶活性)升高,地径增粗,提高了其叶片营养物质(可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白)含量,增大了根系活力,同时,减少了MDA的含量。综合分析得到多效唑的最适施用浓度为800 mg/L,矮壮素的最适施用浓度为2500 mg/L。%Experiments were conducted on spraying different concentration of paclobutrazol and chlormequat chloride on leaves of container seedling ofZelkova serrata (5cm DBH) with water as the control. The result showed that tested growth regulators had positive effect on ground diameter, nutrient (soluble sugar, soluble protein) content, physiological index (Chl(a+b), Chla/b, SOD activity, POD activity) and root system. Meanwhile, they had negative effect on content of MDA. The experiment demonstrated that the optimal concentration of paclobutrazol was 800mg/L, and of chlormequat chloride 2500mg/L.
