彩色多普勒超声对下肢深静脉血栓的诊治应用

摘要

[目的]探讨彩色多普勒超声检查在下肢深静脉血栓中的应用价值.[方法]应用彩色多普勒超声对62例下肢深静脉血栓患者治疗前后进行检查,观察血管内径、血管内膜、血管腔内透声及血管腔内血流情况,与正常情况下进行比较.[结果]急性期下肢深静脉血栓形成后血管内径明显增宽,与健侧对比有显著性差异(P＜0.01),血栓表现为均质低回声;慢性血栓回声较高,血栓部位管腔无血流显示或血流充盈缺损.[结论]彩色多谱勒超声检查不仅可诊断下肢深静脉血栓,还可动态观察下肢深静脉血栓变化及判断治疗效果.%[Objective] To explore the application value of color doppler ultrasound on legs deep phlebothrombosis. [ Method ] Apply the method to 62 cases for test, observe vascular diameter, endangium, vascular cavity entrant sound and vascular intracavity blood flow. [Result] In acute period, owing to the thrombosis, the diameter was broadened, with marked difference compared with healthy one; the chronic thrombosis had high echo; the thrombosis parts had no blood flow or lack of full flow. [ Conclusion ] Color doppler ultrasound not only can diagnose the thrombosis, but dianamically observe legs deep phlebothrombosis change and judge the effect.
