柴蝉汤加减治疗小儿外感发热46例

摘要

[Objective] To discuss the cure effect of TCM Chaichan Decoction on children exogenous fever.[Method] The said patients were treated with revised Chaichan Decoction,the higher fever took once again in the evening. [Result] 14 cases were cured, 20 had marked effect,10 were effective, 2 had no effect, the total effective rate was 95.65%. [Conclusion] Chaichan Decoction has definite cure effect on children exogenous fever.%[目的]探讨纯中医药疗法柴蝉汤治疗小儿外感发热的疗效.[方法]2008年2月至2010年7月确诊为外感发热46例患者均给予柴蝉汤加减治疗,煎服法,口服,1剂/d,2次/d,每次取汁100 mL,高热者夜间加服汤药1次.[结果]治愈14例,显效20例,有效10例,无效2例,总有效率95.65％.[结论]柴蝉汤治疗小儿外感发热疗效确切.
