[Objective] To observe the cure effect of duotriode femoral head prosthetic replacement on senile GardenⅢ , Ⅳ fracture of femoral neck.[Method] Make general anesthesia, then cut off femoral neck at 1cm up femur, take fractured femoral head, broaden marrow and graft intoprosthesis, reset hip joint and set drains, close cut. [Result] Follow up for 2~24m, there's no complication. The recovery is satisfying. [Conclusion]Joint replacement is the most quick and effective therapy, easy to operate, without little trauma, short time, quick to recover function, fit forpromotion.%[目的]探讨双极人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄GardenⅢ、Ⅳ型股骨颈骨折的手术疗效.[方法]手术在硬膜外麻醉或全身麻醉下进行,用电锯于距股骨上方1cm处截断股骨颈,取出已骨折的股骨头,扩髓并植入生物型双极人工股骨头假体,复位髋关节并安放引流管,关闭切口.[结果]本组26例随访2～24个月,均无术后并发症,切口Ⅰ/甲愈合术后恢复满意.[结论]关节置换是最直接快速有效的治疗手段,具有操作相对简单、创伤小、时间短、功能恢复快等优点,适宜推广使用.
