抗生素联合中药保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎160例疗效观察

摘要

[目的]观察抗生素联合中药保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效。[方法]将160例患者随机分为两组，对照组(抗生素治疗组)根据患者细茵培养、药敏试验结果，选用敏感抗生素进行静脉滴注治疗。观察组(抗生素联合中药灌肠组)在抗生素治疗基础上加用中药保留灌肠治疗。[结果]观察组总有效率96.25％。明显高于对照组有效率67.7％(P＜0.05)。[结论]抗生素联合中药保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效显著，中药保留灌肠能明显提高慢性盆腔炎的治愈率。%[Objective] To observe the cure effect of antibiotic and TCM retention enema on chronic pelvic inflammation. [Method] Randomly divide 160 cases into 2 groups, control group chose sensitive antibiotic for vein, drip; the observation group was added with TCM retention enema. [Result]The total effective rate was 96.2% for observation group, markedly higher than control group 67. 7%. [Conclusion] The said method had marked cure effect on the disease above, TCM retention enema could much improve cure rate of chronic pelvic inflammation.
