肝星状细胞活化的炎性调控机制及中药抗纤维化研究进展

     

摘要

肝纤维化是细胞外基质的过度沉积为主要特征的损伤后修复反应,包括炎症及其后的纤维生成。肝星状细胞(HSC)的激活是肝纤维化发生的中心环节,而肝脏中多种炎性细胞与炎症相关因子是调节HSC激活及其后的纤维化发生发展的关键因素,涉及的分子机制亦十分复杂。中医药抗纤维化的研究从20世纪70年代中期开始,随着细胞生物学与分子生物学技术的应用,中医药抗纤维化机制的阐明也越来越深入。%Fibrosis is a progressive wound-healing response, characterized by excessive production and deposition of extracellulai matrix,and thus involves pathways of inflammation and fibrogenesis. Hepatic stellate cell (HSC) is the main collagen-producing cell and the activation of HSC is the main step in fibrogenesis. Inflammation plays an important role in the activation of HSC anc the mechanisms involved are more complicated. Research on anti-fibrosis effect by Chinese medicine begins in the middle of 1970s. Following the utilization of cell biology and Molecular Biology,the mechanism of anti-fibrosis by Chinese medicine has been clarified deeply.
