灯盏花素注射液联合氯沙坦治疗慢性肾小球肾炎临床观察

摘要

[Objective] To investigate the efficacy of Breviscapinun Injection combined with Losartan on chronic glomeruli nephritis. [Method] Randomly divide 60 cases into treatment group and control one, with 30 cases in each;on the basis of WM treatment,control group added with Breviscapinun glucose injection;the treatment one with Losartan for oral taking. [ Result] All indexes of treatment group were better than control one. [Conclusion] Breviscapinun and Losartan together had significant cure effect, worthy promotion.%[目的]探讨灯盏花素注射液联合氯沙坦治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的疗效。[方法]选取我院2010年1月至2011年1月确诊为慢性肾小球肾炎的60名患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例，在西医综合治疗基础上，治疗组加用灯盏花素葡萄糖注射液250mL，静脉滴注，1次/d；对照组加用5％葡萄糖注射液250mL静脉滴注，1次/d。[结果]治疗组治疗后各指标改善程度优于对照组(P＜0.05)。[结论]灯盏花素注射液结合氯沙坦口服具有显著疗效，值得推广。
