[目的]观察电针对血管性痴呆(VD)大鼠行为学及血和海马内胆碱乙酰转移酶(ChAT)含量的影响,探讨其治疗血管性痴呆的机制。[方法]用双侧颈总动脉缺血—再灌注制作VD大鼠模型,将造模后大鼠随机分为模型组、电针组和西药组,并加以治疗。大鼠跳台检测行为学指标;酶免法检测血清和海马组织ChAT含量。[结果]电针组大鼠跳台检测反应期明显比模型级减少(P<0.05);电针组血清和海马组织ChAT含量比模型级提高(P<0.05)。[结论]电针能改善VD大鼠学习记忆能力,提高ChAT的含量,对VD大鼠血清和海马内ChAT含量的改善是电针治疗VD的机制之一。%[Objective]To investigate the mechanism and observe the influence of electroacupuncture on Behavior sciences,content of Chorine Acetyltransferas(ChAT)in hippocampus in Vascular Dementia( VD)rats. [Methods]Using animals models of cerebral was chemiareperfusion-common carotid artery occlusion, the rats were randomized into model group,electroacupuncture group, western medicine group on treatment. The detection of Behavior sciences index by reaction of step down;The detection content of ChAT in hippocmpus and serum by enzyme-immunoassay method of rats. [Results]The detection of step down reaction period in electroacupuncture group was more decreased(P<0. 05)than model group;The content of ChAT in hippocampus and serum was more im-proved(P<0. 05) than model group. [Conclusion] Electroacupuncture could improve learning memory ability and ChAT contet-ment,one of mechanisms was improving content of ChAT in serum and hippocampus.
