消费者食品安全信任托付中的权利倾斜--兼论昭通食品安全现状和管制

摘要

The occurrence of food safety issues reflects the rights of commissioned tilt and its trust alienation between the providers and consumers of food safety.The solution to the food safety issues requires both of market’s self-govern-ance and strong government regulation.In the mean time it also need to increase income and self-growth motivate of the consumers to make them get rid of the plight of consumption,so as to achieve the tilted protection of consumers’inter-ests.%食品安全问题的发生，折射出食品安全提供者与食品安全的消费者之间信任委托的异化和权利的倾斜。解决食品安全问题既需要市场的自我治理，也需要政府的强力管制，同时还需增加消费者收入和促动消费者的自我成长，以摆脱消费者困境，从而实现对消费者权益的倾斜性保护。
