'幼儿教师国培计划'实施中存在的问题及建议——以云南师范大学(2014)幼教国培班短期集中培训项目为例

         

摘要

"National Training Plan of Kindergarten Teachers" means a lot to the professional development of the kin-dergarten teachers in the western rural area.To continually improve the Plan's training effect can boost this cause devel-op enduringly.The survey found that some problems are existed in the implementation of the project of short-term con-centrated training of kindergarten teachers in Yunnan Province in 2014.Such as :during the training ,the basic life condi-tions and study time had not been arranged well;the selection and organization of the training content were improper ;the organization forms of teaching and learning were too single;the resource of training group was imbalance;lack of a plat-form for teachers to show and exchange;and to supervise the actual effect after the training.According to interview and questionnaire analysis about the teachers who join this training plan ,the author put forward some specific solutions.%"幼儿教师国家级培训计划"对西部农村地区幼儿教师的专业发展具有重要意义 ,不断提高"幼儿教师国家级培训计划"的培训效果有助于推进此事业的持久发展.调查发现 ,云南省2014年幼儿教师短期集中培训项目在实施中存在着一些诸如 :培训期间基本生活条件及学习时间安排不当、培训内容的选择及组织欠妥、教学组织形式单一、培训团体资源失调、缺乏参培教师展示与交流的平台及对培训后实效的监督等问题.通过对此次参培教师的访谈及问卷分析 ,笔者提出了具体的解决建议.
