论蓝鼎元的治台方略

After the Qing government unified Taiwan, the complicated social contradictions there suggested various potential haz- ards. Based on such a social situation, Lan Dingyuan adopted some strategies for ruling Taiwan under the guideline of＂Taking the whole into consideration, but doing the job bit by bit＂. On the one hand, he took actions to maintain stability, and on the other hand, he put forward a series of military, economic, political and educational proposals aiming at Taiwan＇s overall development. His strategies have stood the test of history and have been highly evaluated by the later generations.%清朝统一台湾后，台湾社会矛盾错综复杂、交叉重叠，潜伏着种种隐患。蓝鼎元依据实情。大处着眼，小处着手。提出的治台方略既着眼当前，采取措施维护稳定，又立足长远。提出一系列有关军事、经济、政治、文教等方面的建议，以图台湾社会的全面发展。蓝鼎元的治台方略经受了历史的考验，得到后人的高度评价。
