统筹城乡就业示范区建设的成效、困境与对策--以岳阳市屈原管理区为例

In August 2011, resources and social security department of Hunan province decided to create balanced urban and rural employment demonstration zone in Quyuan district, Yueyang city, and explore the long-acting mechanism of balanced urban and rural employment. After two years of creation, the effect was very obvious, but it also faced a lack of policy basis, and the difficulty of construction funds shortage, thus we need to actively explore further countermeasures of the construction of the demonstration zone. according to the spirit of the party's 18th management program.%2011年8月，湖南省人力资源和社会保障厅决定在岳阳市屈原管理区创建统筹城乡就业示范区，探索统筹城乡就业长效机制。经过两年的创建，成效十分明显，但也面临缺乏政策依据和建设资金不足的困境，需要依据党的十八大精神，积极探索进一步推进示范区建设的对策。
