语言与软实力关系解析

摘要

文章旨在基于软实力的经典概念对语言与软实力链接的逻辑关系与作用机制进行正本清源的分析。语言本身并非软实力，而是软实力产生的资源之一，它与软实力之间有着一定的学理接口，但在对接软实力时又有其发生的吊诡性，须辨析把握，因势利用。只有这样，语言才能真正为我国当前所实施的国家软实力提升战略服务。%The article,based on the classical definition of soft power,aims to conduct a radical analysis of the logic relationship and functioning mechanism between language and soft power.It argues that language is by nature not soft power proper,but one of the resources of soft power,and there are theoretical interfaces be⁃tween the two; there is something paradoxical when language is used to relate to soft power.Only by maste⁃ring these can we use language as a special means to improve our national soft power.
