苏北县级城市竞争力综合评价

摘要

运用构建城市竞争力评价指标体系对苏北县级城市的竞争力进行综合评价。这一指标体系由1个1级指标综合竞争力,4个2级指标分别为产业结构、人力资本、科技竞争力、资金实力,15个3级指标构成。运用SPSS统计软件对2009年苏北24个县级城市的数据进行分析所得到的结论表明：苏北各县市的竞争力的综合评价基本可分为4个阶梯,并得出其综合评价函数和综合评价得分。%Index System of Urban Competitiveness including comprehensive competitiveness as one-level index,industrial structure、human capital、 competitive power of technology and capital strength as two-level index,and fifteen three-level index were constructed.Based on the SPSS software,the data of 24 cities in North Jiangsu in 2009 was analysed,so the comprehensive evaluation function and scores of urban competitiveness was given.The analysis results show that these citied competitiveness evaluation is divided into 4 levels.
