From the meaning and significance of the concept of collaborative innovation, building school-enterprise cooperation model framework based on the concept of collaborative is analyzed. The mechanism of the school-enterprise cooperation mode based on the concept of synergy is also explored in order to provide long-term value for consolidating the cooperation between schools and enterprises.%从协同创新理念的内涵和意义入手，分析了基于协同理念的校企合作模式构建框架内容，并对基于协同理念的校企合作模式运行机制进行了探究，以期为巩固校企合作关系的长久提供从那考价值。
