Objective To evaluate the effect of uterine artery perfusion chemotherapy combined with embolization for treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy (CSP). Methods A retrospective study was carried out to analyze the treatment methods and results of 15 cases with CSP in our hospital. Results All patients were treated by transcatheter uter -ine arterial injection of methotrexate (MTX) and uterine artery embolization (UAE) with gelatin sponge particles. Effective prevention of hemorrhage and preservation of the uterus were successful in all the 15 patients. 11 patients underwent uterine curettage successfully by B ultrasound localization on days 5-7 after embolization. Conclusion Uterine artery perfusion chemotherapy combined with embolization for treatment of CSP can effectively prevent the hemorrhage , so it is a reliable method of treatment for CSP.%目的 评价子宫动脉灌注化疗联合栓塞术治疗子宫切口瘢痕妊娠(CSP)的疗效.方法 回顾分析我院15例剖宫产后CSP的治疗方法及结果.结果 所有患者均采用经导管子宫动脉内注入甲氨蝶呤(MTX)和子宫动脉明胶海绵颗粒栓塞.所有病例均能有效防治出血及保全子宫.其中11例术后5~7天成功行B超定位下清宫术.结论 子宫动脉灌注化疗联合栓塞术治疗CSP能有效防治出血,是治疗CSP的可靠方法.
