HPLC法测定注射用盐酸川芎嗪的含量

摘要

目的：采用高效液相色谱法（ HPLC）测定注射用盐酸川芎嗪中盐酸川芎嗪的含量。方法采用HY-PERSIL ODS C18柱（250 mm ×4．6 mm，5μm），流动相为甲醇∶三乙胺水溶液（0．2％，冰醋酸调pH至5．00）（60∶40），流速1．0 ml· min-1，柱温为室温，检测波长295 nm。结果盐酸川芎嗪在4～44μg· ml-1线性关系良好（r＝0．9999）。盐酸川芎嗪平均回收率为101．25％±4．03％；平均含量为92．43％±0．36％。结论该法专属性好、操作简便、快速准确，可测定注射用盐酸川芎嗪中盐酸川芎嗪的含量。%Objective To establish a HPLC method for determination of ligustrazine hydrochloride injection .Meth-ods A HYPERSIL ODS C18 (250 mm ×4.6 mm, 5μm) column was employed in the current study .The mobile phase consisted of methanol and triethylamin (0.2%, adjusted with glacial acetic acid to pH 5.00) (40∶60), with a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min and a detection wavelength of 295 nm at room temperature .Results A good linear relationship was ac-quired when the concentration of ligustrazine hydrochloride was within the range of 4-44 mg/L (r=0.9999).The aver-age recovery was 101.25%±4.03%.The average content was 92.43%±0.36%.Conclusion The method was con-venient, fast and accurate for determining the content of ligustrazine hydrochloride injection , with high specificity .
