目的：探讨老年人牙列游离端缺失后，种植牙技术在牙列游离端缺失修复中的疗效。方法采用种植牙技术治疗牙列游离端缺失的老年患者120例，均在拔牙术后3个月后行种植修复，术后随访1～3年，观察修复成功率、患者满意度、软组织形态、种植体松动度、种植体的骨丧失水平等。结果115例患者种植牙修复成功，患者自感修复体功能正常、美观舒适，种植体区黏膜、牙龈色泽形态正常，种植体及烤瓷牙无松动，口腔CT检查种植体的骨丧失水平符合成功标准。5例种植失败，成功率95．83％。结论种植牙技术在老年患者游离端缺失修复中具有确切的疗效。%Objective To observe the efficacy of dental implants in elderly patients with free -end dentition defect . Methods A total of 120 elderly patients with free -end dentition defect received dental implant restoration 3 to 6 months after tooth extraction.Then, follow-up visits were carried out for 1 to 3 years to observe the successful rate of restora-tion, patient satisfaction, the morphological changes of soft tissues , tooth mobility, and the bone loss of plants .Results Dental plant restoration was successful in 115 cases, in which the patients reported normal functions of the plant with satisfactory appearance .The mucous membrane and gingiva surrounding the plants looked normal .The plant and metal -ceramic crown was not loose .According to stomatological CT scanning , the bone loss of plants met the requirement of success .Conclusions Dental plants present clear efficacy during the restoration of free -end dentition defect in elderly patients .
