脚跟和脚趾标记点间的垂直误差对步态生物力学参数预测准确性的影响

     

摘要

目的:评估脚跟和脚趾标记点间的垂直误差对步态生物力学参数预测准确性的影响。方法收集4名单膝全膝关节置换患者的自主速度下的步态数据,通过OpenSim软件预测步态生物力学参数。以脚跟和脚趾标记点在相同垂直高度的情况为参考状态。通过均方根误差和标准均方根误差评估垂直高度差(范围0~40 mm,间隔10 mm)对生物力学参数预测准确性的影响。结果步态生物力学参数预测的准确性都受到此垂直误差的影响。其中以踝关节运动学和膝关节动力学最为显著。垂直误差对肌肉力预测准确性的影响程度主要取决于肌肉所承担的关节运动功能,该误差的影响以比目鱼肌最为明显。结论明确和控制脚跟和脚趾标记点的垂直误差可避免错误解读步态生物力学输出结果,有利于合理解释临床步态分析和治疗干预时的步态生物力学评估。%Abstrcat:O bejc tvi e To evaluate the impact of vertical variation between toe and heel markers on the accuracy of biomechanical gait parameters .Methods Gait data were collected from four patients undergoing total knee replacement . Biomechanical gait parameters were predicted using OpenSim software .The toe and heel markers at the same vertical height were considered as reference .The impact of vertical variation ( from 0-40 mm, with an interval of 10mm) on the accuracy of biomechanical gait parameters predicted was assessed based on root mean square error and normalized root mean square error .Results The accuracy of biomechanical gait parameters predicted were influenced by the vertical variation, especially for ankle joint kinematic and knee joint kinetic parameters .The impact of the vertical variation on the accuracy of muscle forces predicted mainly depended on the function of muscles for joint kinematics , especially for the soleus.Conclusion Determination and control of the vertical variation between toe and heel markers can prevent misun -derstanding the results of biomechanics gait results , facilitating clinical analysis of gait and reasonable evaluation of bio-mechanics gait parameters during treatment .
