铁皮石斛多糖提取工艺的研究

         

摘要

本文探讨了铁皮石斛多糖提取工艺条件对提取率的影响,采用单因素实验和正交试验设计研究了提取时间、提取温度、料液比等多种因素对铁皮石斛多糖提取率的影响。最终得到提取铁皮石斛多糖的最佳工艺条件为提取时间5h、提取温度70℃、料液比1∶30,该工艺条件下铁皮石斛多糖的提取率为3.55%。%This paper explored the effect of extraction technology on extraction ratio of polysaccharides from dendrobium candidum.Sin-gle factor test and orthogonal design was adopted to study the effects of time,extraction temperature and solid to liquid ratio on extraction efficiency of the extraction technology of polysaccharides from dendrobium candidum.The results showed that the highest extraction rate of polysaccharides could be obtained if extracted at 70℃for 5 h with a solid to liquid ratio of 1∶30;the extraction ratio of polysaccha-rides was 3.55%under these conditions.
