气候变化背景下我国环境法研究

摘要

Under the global response to climate change perspective , research on China's environmental law can get the local resource idea of "the harmony between human&nature"in classical tradition as the core concept of environmental philosophy , combined with China's national conditions and development of local restrictions to construct our national car -bon emissions trading system , and pay attention to local environmental issues and achieve the innovation and breakthrough in China environmental law research .%应对全球视野之下的气候变化问题，中国的环境法研究可以从本土资源尤其是古典传统中汲取思想资源，发展以“天人合一”为核心理念的环境哲学，结合我国本土国情与发展限制构建具有我国特色的碳排放交易制度。同时积极关注本土的环境问题，实现中国环境法学研究的创新与突围。
