通过定量研究结果表明:受试者外语学习焦虑总体水平较高;元认知策略与外语学习焦虑皆呈显著负相关,元认知策略使用水平越高,焦虑越低. 本研究据此提出在开展合作学习的基础上对学生实施元认知策略培训.%Through quantitative research , it is reported that the general level of subjects ' anxiety is comparatively high .This result in-dicates that learners ' anxiety is negatively correlated with metacognitive strategies , and subjects ' high anxiety partly depends on their inadequate and improper application of metacognitive strategies .It is proposed that teachers can conduct metacognitive strategies train-ing on the basis of cooperative learning .
