应用型财务管理专业人才培养模式探析--以信阳农林学院为例

从人才培养目标、人才素质和能力构成、课程体系设置、教学方式创新、教师能力要求和考核方式改革等方面对应用型财务管理专业人才培养模式进行了具体分析。%This article analyzes the application-oriented talent training model from the following aspects such as the talents training ob-jectives, the quality and capacity of talents, course system construction, innovation of teaching approach, requirements of teachers’ ca-pacity and the innovation of assessment methods.
