生态文明视角下企业社会责任与企业价值关系研究——基于新疆上市企业的经验证据

     

摘要

This paper analyzed the relationship between corporate social responsibility (CSR) and corporate value with the application of Random Effects Model to the Xinjiang listed companies from 2003 to 2013 from the perspective of ecological civilization to construct a comprehensive evaluation index of CSR. The results showed that the fulfillment of corporate ecological economy responsibilities, ecological market responsibilities, and ecological environmental responsibilities has a significant positive correlation with the corporate value. The fulfillment of the corporate responsibilities for the employee and the government also played a positive role in enhancing corporate value.%文章以2003—2013 年新疆上市企业为研究对象,基于生态文明视角,构建社会责任综合指标,并运用随机效应模型,对企业社会责任与企业价值间的关系进行了实证检验.结果发现,企业生态经济责任、生态市场责任、生态环境责任的履行与企业价值显著正相关;同时,生态基础责任中企业对员工、政府责任的履行也对企业价值的提升起到了积极作用.
