教师人力资本和社会资本对学生表现的影响

摘要

The teacher professional knowledge and skills, and the trust between teachers, relationship structure and content play an important role in students' performance. Having analyzed the development of teacher's human capital and social capital, this paper showed that teachers' human capital with a specific environment, tasks and other social capital indicators will have a significant impact on the improvement of student performance. In terms of social capital, the relationship of the number and quality between teachers, and of the number and the quality between teachers and the direct supervisors will affect the performance of the student. In addition, the cross-level interaction research shows that a close tie between the team social capital and individual human capital is helpful to improve student performance.%教师所具有的专业知识和技能、以及教师之间信任水平、关系结构和内容在学生表现中起着重要作用,通过分析教师人力资本和社会资本共同开发,研究表明,具有特定环境、任务和其它一些社会资本指标教师的人力资本将对学生表现的改善产生显著影响.就社会资本而言,教师之间横向关系数量和质量、教师和直接上级之间纵向关系数量和质量都会影响学生表现.此外,跨层面关系互动研究表明,团队社会资本和个体人力资本关系密切有助于改善学生表现.
