马铃薯淀粉废水处理UASB装置制作与试验∗

     

摘要

推进马铃薯主粮化,利于挖掘生产潜力,是开辟保障国家粮食安全的新途径.但马铃薯淀粉在生产过程中产生的废水属于高浓度有机废水,处理困难.本文通过自行制作的UASB装置,根据厌氧生物处理的影响因素,设计了相应的实验方案,以此探讨马铃薯淀粉废水厌氧处理过程中的温度、pH值优化控制.实验表明UASB装置去除马铃薯淀粉废水中COD的环境优化组合条件是温度在35◦C左右及pH值略大于7.5.%Promoting the potato to staple food, which will benefit the productive capacity, and it is a new approach to ensure the National Food Security. However, the potato starch wastewater from the production process is a high concentrated organic wastewater, and it is very difficult to dispose. In this paper, it has used the self-produced UASB device and according to the influencing factors of anaerobic biological treatment and some designed corresponding experimental programs to examined the temperature and pH control during the potato starch wastewater anaerobic treatment process. Experimental results show that the optimal combination of environmental condition for UASB device removes the COD in the potato starch wastewater is the temperature at 35 ◦C, and pH value is slightly greater than 7.5.
