高校思想政治教育实践教学是培养现代化技能型人才的重要手段依然成为一个毋容置疑的真理性命题，但如何提高思想政治教育实践教学实效性，创新实践教学是一个非常困难的现实问题。传统的“单兵作战”的创新模式在现时代的弊端日益显现，因此要加强高校思想政治教育实践教学协同创新研究。淮南高校同城联盟作为协同创新的平台，如何实现资源的优化配置，实现整体价值大于局部之和的联动效应，需要从理论的、实证的角度去研究。%Practice teaching in ideological and political education in institutions of higher learning is an important means for fostering modern talents with specialized knowledge, which is still an undeniable truth. However, how to improve the effectiveness of practice teaching in ideological and political education and making innovations still pose an difficult problem. The demerits of the traditional“individual”innovative mode are becoming increasingly noticeable, which makes the improvement of coordinated innovation of practice teaching in ideological and political education a top priority. Huainan citywide alliance, as a forum for coordinated innovation, calls for theoretical and empirical studies in terms of the optimization of resources so as to achieve the maximum total value which surpasses the values of individual constituents.
