The relationship between the knowledge intensive based service (KIBS) and the smart city system is explained in this paper and the interaction between the two is analyzed by the method of system analysis . It is found that KIBS has influence on every component of the smart city system ,and also has a role in the deepening of its characteristics in promoting features of smart city .At the same time ,the development of the smart city becomes the form and carrier of KIBS development and promotes the development of KIBS from four aspects such as the industrial agglomeration ,technological innovation , emerging industries , and urban life . In addition , it is found that the KIBS and the smart city have many similarities in the form and content ,and internal consistencies .%阐述知识密集型服务业与智慧城市系统之间的关系，运用系统分析的方法分析两者之间的相互影响和作用。研究发现，知识密集型服务业对智慧城市系统的各组成部分都有影响，并对其特征的深化具有推动作用；同时，智慧城市的发展也是知识密集型服务业发展的形式和载体，从产业集聚、科技创新、新兴产业、城市生活4个方面推动知识密集型服务业发展；知识密集型服务业与智慧城市在形式和内容上都具有较多的共性，具有内在一致性。
