When the belt slips on the carrier roller, the disordered system operation will cause partial temperature rising of belt, even coal fire. Based on the problems, experiment system which simulates the disorderly operation of belt conveyor is established. Temperature sensors are fixed in the typical sites in the system and the infrared thermal imager is also used to investigate the temperature field around the carrier roller. The load of belt, rotational speed of carrier roller and the air flow condition are changed, respectively. The temperature filed distribution and temperature rising laws of different sites are analyzed , as well as the factors that influence it. It provides practical guidance for belt conveyor fire monitoring and protection.%针对带式输送机传送滚筒与输送带打滑,运输系统非正常工作时,可能会引起局部升温甚至引发矿井火灾等问题,设计搭建了模拟输送机滚筒与输送带打滑时的非正常工作状态的实验系统.在典型位置设置了温度传感嚣,并采用红外热像仪考察滚筒周围温度场的分布.实验中分别改变皮带荷载、滚筒转速和风流条件等主要影响因素,对温度场和典型位置温度进行了考察,分析了温度场分布和不同点的温升规律,以及主要影响因素.研究结果对胶带输送机火灾监测和预防技术研究具有重要的实际指导意义.
