力图从生物力学的角度,定量、定性研究人眼角膜经LASIK手术后生物力学特性的变化。研究发现,经LASIK手术后角膜生物力学特性(如角膜滞后量CH、角膜阻力系数CRF等)发生明显改变, LASlK术使CH和CRF降低,降低的原因不仅仅是角膜变薄了,关键是手术改变了角膜的粘弹性。 LASlK术后角膜生物力学特性发生显著变化,角膜生物力学特性的改变将对LASIK术后安全性产生影响。%In this paper, from the angle of biomechanics, it tries to study changes of the biome-chanical properties of human eye cornea after LASIK surgery quantitatively and qualitatively. The study found that the biomechanical properties of the cornea after LASIK surgery ( such as the lag of the cornea CH, corneal resistance coefficient CRF, etc. ) have changed significantly. LASlK surgery reduces the CH and CRF, and the cause of the decrease is more than just a thinning of the cornea, the key is tLASlK surgery changes the viscoelastic properties of the cor-nea. The biomechanical properties of the cornea after LASlK are significantly changed. The changes of corneal biomechanical properties will affect the safety after LASIK surgery.
