介绍了微悬浮体染色工艺在活性染料轧染染色中的应用,并探讨了微悬浮体系对被染织物头尾色差的影响.通过与常规轧染染色工艺的对比发现,采用微悬浮体染色工艺可使被染织物具有明显的增深效果,微悬浮体染色工艺通过减少染料总用量的方法达到与常规被染织物基本相同的染色深度,节省了染料,并减轻了轧染染色过程中常出现的头尾色差问题,保证织物染色的均匀性.%A new micro-suspension pretreatment technique for cotton fabrics used in pad-batch dyeing is investigated. The head and tail chromatism influence of micro suspension system is discused. Compared with traditional pad-batch dyeing, micro suspension dyeing process can make the dyed fabric obvious deep effect. By reducing the dye, the same dyeing depth can be readced basically compared with traditional dyeing,the problems of the head and tail chromatism which appears in rolling dyeing process is reduced, fabric dyeing uniformity is ensured.
