气动式微滴按需喷射装置的建模与仿真

     

摘要

In order to study the mathematical model and the working mechanism of the droplet generator ,the theoretical model is established ,and the factors which influence the vibration fre‐quency of the cavity pressure are analyzed .T he physics simulation model of droplet generator is built based on AMESim simulation platform to study the parameter setting which affects the cavity pressure of the droplet generator ,in order to determine the conditions in w hich the drop‐let on‐demand injection happens .The results show that the droplet generator conforms to the cavity resonance model ,and the characteristics of cavity pressure vibration are only related to structure parameters .Meanwhile ,the conditions of realizing droplet ejction on demand are ob‐tained ,and the results of simulation are consistent with the theory of cavity pressure vibration w ell .%为了研究气动式微滴喷射装置的数字模型和工作机理,建立喷射装置的理论模型,分析影响腔内压力震荡频率的因素。基于A M ESim仿真平台建立喷射装置物理仿真模型,研究控制参数对喷射装置腔内压力的影响,以明确微滴按需喷射的实现条件。结果表明,喷射装置符合空腔谐振模型,且腔内压力振动特性只与结构参数有关,得到了实现微滴按需喷射的条件,腔内压力振动频率理论和仿真结果吻合较好。
