25L以下小型压力容器耐压测试装置的开发与应用

     

摘要

To develop a pressure resistance testing device of small pressure vessel with high safety coefficient and strong reliability ,the technology of gas‐liquid interaction and pressure sensor was utilized to achiev the synthetical pressure testing on small pressure vessel under 25 liters .At the same time ,when testing atmospheric pressure or hydraulic pressure ,it can timely display the pressure resistance of the samples .T he result show s that the device has the charac‐teristics of high safety coefficient ,easy optration and friendly man‐machine interface .Its testing accuracy can achieve 2% ,w hich can satisfy the requirements of corresponding standards at home and abroad .%为开发一种适用于多种型号规格且安全系数高、可靠性强的小型压力容器耐压测试装置,运用气液联动和压力传感技术实现了对25 L以下小型压力容器耐压性能的综合检测;同时在检测液压或气压时,能够实时显示样品的耐压性能。该装置具有安全系数高、操作简便、人机界面友好等特点,测试精度达到±2%,较好地满足了相应检测标准的要求。
