医用护理垫用经编间隔织物的性能分析

摘要

In view of the fact that the traditional medical nursing pad with the sponge material has poor air permeability and elastic recovery,three warp knitted spacer fabrics with different thickness are chosen to test the air permeability,moisture permeability,water absorption,pressure reduction and resilience properties,and then a comparison is made with sponge materials.The results show that the knitted spacer fabric has better air permeability and moisture permeability than the sponge material with same thickness.With same shape change,the warp knitted spacer fabric has better support per-formance.The elastic recovery rate of the warp knitted spacer fabrics is far below than the sponges, and the reciprocating elastic recovery rate keeps above 88% after 8 times.It has better durability than the sponge material.Therefore,the warp knitted spacer fabric is more suitable as the main functional areas of the medical nursing pad.%针对传统医用护理垫海绵基材存在透气性差、回弹性不好等问题,选取厚度不同的3种经编间隔织物,分别测试其透气、透湿、吸水、缓压和回弹性能,并和海绵材料进行比较.结果表明,经编间隔织物比同等厚度的海绵材料具有更优的透气和透湿性能;产生相同的形变,经编间隔织物具有更好的支撑性能;且其弹性回复率下降指数远远低于海绵,经8次往复压缩之后弹性回复率仍能保持在88% 以上,与海绵基材相比更耐久.因此,经编间隔织物较传统海绵更适合作为医用护理垫的主功能区基材.
