俄罗斯在中东的国家利益解读

摘要

随着国际战略格局的演变，大国外交博弈再次聚焦中东。对当前俄罗斯而言，维护自身在近邻中东的利益显得更为迫切。俄与中东一直保持着传统上的人文联系和经贸往来，苏联解体后，俄周边地缘政治环境的变化使得中东成为俄保障北高加索领土安全，维系完整地缘政治空间，控制世界油气资源运输及保护三海海洋利益等一系列关系俄罗斯国家安全利益的重要战略区域。俄罗斯在中东的利益决定了俄罗斯中东外交政策。%With the evolution of international strategic pattern,the game of super powers′diplomacy once again focuses on the Middle East.Currently it is urgent for Russia to safeguard his own interests in his near neighbor,the Middle East.Russia and the Middle East have maintained cultural communication and trade exchanges since ancient time.After the collapse of the Soviet Union,changes in the geopolitical situation surrounding Russia made the Middle East essential for Russian to defend the territorial security of North Caucasus,to maintain an integrated geopolitical space,to control world oil and gas resources as well as protect the maritime interests.Therefore,Russia′s interests in the Middle East de-termine Russia′s foreign policy in the area.
