硒、VE对高脂血症家兔血管活性物质的影响

     

摘要

Objective To investigate the effects on vascular activities inatherosclerositic rabbits induced by hyperlipemia,and the mechanism of anti-atherosclerositic effects of VE and Se were discussed.Methods Forty domestic male rabbits were divided into 5 groups,and then were fed normal diet or high cholesterol diet,high cholesterol diet with VE,high cholesterol diet with selenium,high cholesterol diet with VE and selenium.In the end of the eighth week,we assayed TC,NO,ET-1,TXA2 and PGI2 in the rabbit bloods.Results ①Hyperlipemia decreased the blood NO level,and increased blood ET-1 level as well as the ratio of TXA2/PGI2 in rabbits;②The antioxidants,VE and Se,could increase the blood NO level and decrease the ratio of TXA2/PGI2 in hyperlipemia rabbits;③Combining effects of VE and Se had stronger effects than single one.Conclusion The results suggest that the mechanisms of anti-atherosclerositic effects of VE and Se might be related to the protections of endothelium and its function.%目的 观察硒和VE对高脂饲料诱发家兔As模型血液中血管活性物质的影响作用,探讨硒和VE抗As形成的作用机制,为临床应用硒和VE防治As提供理论依据和实验资料。方法 采用高脂饲料诱发家兔形成As,同时分别给予硒、VE、硒和VE灌胃。第8周末检测血中TC、NO、ET-1、TXA2水平。结果 ①高脂血症可导致家兔血中NO浓度降低,ET-1水平升高、TXA2/PGI2比值增高,提示高脂血症与内皮细胞受损、功能紊乱有密切的关系;②抗氧化剂VE和Se具有调脂和保护内皮细胞功能的作用,使血中胆固醇浓度下降,NO浓度升高,ET-1和TXA2水平明显降低;③VE和Se联合使用在调脂和保护内皮细胞功能方面的效果好于两者单独应用。结论 硒和VE抗As的机制,可能是通过保护高脂血症所致的内皮受损和功能紊乱而发挥作用。
