基于防止转向机构对驾驶员伤害的头型试验仿真分析

摘要

针对国家强制性标准GB11557-2011《防止转向机构对驾驶员伤害的规定》头型试验展开研究.研究分析头型试验相关技术要求,并据此通过非线性结构有限元方法建立某车型套筒式吸能转向机构仿真模型模拟仿真,结合台架试验验证了仿真模型正确可靠.%According to the new compulsory inspection program-headform test in GB11557 - 2011 《the stipulation protecting drivers from being injured by motor vehicle steering mechanism》, the simulation model of one energy absorbing performance of steering system headform test is built by means of nonlinear finite element method. Compared with the result of experiment, we confirm that the model is faithful and can be used for the design of steering system and the study of headform test.
