结合最后计划者系统与挣值法的项目绩效控制

摘要

针对在精益思想应用过程中存在的许多缺陷，通过结合最后计划者系统与挣值法，同时设置新的绩效指标，避免在最后计划者系统中出现的保守计划制定策略，并通过算例验证了所提出方法的有效性。%To date, there are still some deficiencies exist during the implementation of lean thinking .The last planner system combined with the earned value method was used to improve the project performance control .Several simulations were conducted to test the effectiveness of the combination .The result for the proposed combination indicates that the project performance can be improved via combining the two tools .This new approach can be used to both improve the project performance and ameliorate the last planner system .
