高职院校专业课教师兼任辅导员工作的思考

摘要

Professional teacher,as the part-time counselor,should have passion about the job,be responsible,and be able to make best use of their advantages to keep balance in the work.Professional teacher taking up the counseling work can not only relief the shortage of professional counselors,but can also build the full-time and part-time counselors team as well as the excellent professional teachers’team.Through the counseling work practice, professional teachers would take political and ideological education as one of their job respon-sibilities,which is good for the teaching and education.%辅导员特别是专业课教师兼任辅导员，应具备真正热爱甘愿奉献的思想基础；恪尽职守，勇于担当的职业精神；应有效运用扬长避短，统筹兼顾的工作方法。专业教师兼任辅导员工作不仅是为了解决专任辅导员的不足，而是造就专兼结合的辅导员队伍和培养优秀专业教师队伍的需要。其真谛是：专业教师通过兼任辅导员的工作实践，把对学生进行思想政治教育内化为自己的工作“天职”，外化为教书育人的自觉行动。
