教练员家长式领导对运动员个人主动性的影响——基于自我效能感的中介作用

摘要

对教练员家长式领导与运动员个人主动性的关系、作用机制和可能存在的交互效应进行实证研究.研究发现,在家长式领导的三个维度即仁慈领导、威权领导和德行领导中,只有德行领导和运动员个人主动性呈现显著性正向关系;自我效能感在德行领导和个人主动性之间存在完全中介作用;在个人主动性下,仁慈领导和德行领导存在正向交互作用.结合研究结论对教练员如何更好地培养运动员提供了相应的建议.%The researches into relationship between patriarchal leadership of parents on athletes' initiative, the operation mechanism and mutual effects showed that in the three dimensions of patriarchal leadership, only benevolent leadership was positively related to the initiative.Self-efficacy played a complete mediating effect between moral leadership and initiative.With initiative, benevolent leadership and moral leadership were interactive.The researches were helpful to make suggestions to train the athletes well.
