2-氨基-5-巯基-噻二唑功能化纳米银的制备及其对 Hg2+的比色响应

             

摘要

设计合成了2‐氨基‐5‐巯基‐噻二唑(ATT)有机生色团,利用巯基与银的强键合作用,进一步将 ATT修饰到纳米银(AgNPs)的表面,构筑了一种2‐氨基‐5‐巯基‐噻二唑功能化纳米银复合材料。在对其形貌和吸收光谱性能表征的基础上,考察了Hg2+对ATT、AgNPs及ATT‐AgNPs吸收光谱的影响,结果表明:(1)与ATT(322 nm)相比,ATT‐AgNPs(408 nm)的吸收波长红移了86 nm ,进入可见区;(2)Hg2+存在下,溶液的颜色由橙黄色变成无色,ATT‐AgNPs对 Hg2+有灵敏的选择性传感作用;(3)ATT‐AgNPs作为Hg2+比色探针,既可实现水中检测Hg2+,又经济环保,有望成为新的环保型Hg2+比色探针。%An organic chromophore ,2‐Amino‐5‐mercapto‐thiadiazole was synthesized and then modified to the surface of nano silver based on the strong bonding forces between thiol and silver . After its morphology and UV‐vis spectroscopy were characterized ,the effect of Hg2+ on the absorption spectra of ATT ,AgNPs and ATT‐AgNPs were investigated in detail .The results showed that (1) Compared to ATT ,the absorption wavelength of ATT‐AgNPs red shifted by 86 nm to visible region ,i . e .,from 322 nm to 408 nm ;(2) The solution changed from orange‐yellow to colorless in the presence of Hg2+ ,hinting that ATT‐AgNPs was a selective and sensitive sensor for Hg2+ ;(3) ATT‐AgNPs will be a promising and environment‐friendly colorimetric probe for Hg2+ detection in aqueous .
