Objective: To evaluate physical, neurological development and prognosis through one year fol-low-up of late preterm infants. Methods: Choose our hospital obstetrics between April 2013 and March 2013 in our hospital was born and in the late outpatient follow-up premature as observation object (n=50), randomly select-ed the born healthy full term for the same period as the control group (n=60). Late preterm infants at 0 month (40 weeks calibration), 6 and 12 months to mass, length, head circumference measurement, compared with the same age full term. Between 0 and 1 months late preterm neonatal neurobehavioral determination (NBNA) scores, and the determination results compared with the full term of on the same day age. Two groups at follow-up to correc-tion in 6 and 12 months of age: Gesell examination, early intelligence development level. Results: Late preterm group's body length and head circumference were less than the full term on the 0 and 1 month, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Late preterm group at 0 and 1 months, NBNA scores were lower than the full term on the same age group, differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Six months late preterm big movement lagged behind the full term, 12 months when the big movement, fine motor, language behind the full term differ-ences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conlusion: Compared with the full term infants, born in late preterm birth after early physical and neurological development lags behind that of the full term, to strengthen monitoring and targeted intervention.%目的:通过对晚期早产儿的1年随访,评价其体格、神经发育情况.方法:选择2013年4月至2014年3月在本院产科出生并在门诊随访的晚期早产儿作为观察对象(n=50),随机选择同期出生的健康足月儿作为对照(n=60).晚期早产儿组在0(校正40周)、1、6、12月龄进行体质量、身长、头围测量,与同年龄足月儿组比较.晚期早产儿组在0月和1月龄进行新生儿神经行为测定(NBNA)评分,测定结果与同日龄的足月儿组比较.2组在随访至校正6、12月龄时行戈塞尔(Gesell)检查,比较早期智能发育水平.结果:晚期早产儿组0、1月龄时体质量、身长和头围均小于足月儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).晚期早产儿组在0月龄和1月龄时,NBNA评分均低于同日龄足月儿组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).6月时晚期早产儿组大运动落后于足月儿组,12月龄时大运动、精细动作、语言落后于足月儿组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:晚期早产儿组在出生后早期体格及神经发育方面均落后于足月儿组,需加强监护并进行针对性干预.
