渭南市秦岭北麓有着丰富的自然资源，但由于存在着思想认识不到位、经营管理不规范、旅游基础设施差等问题，结果造成旅游服务不到位、旅游产品开发慢和缺乏人文色彩的不良影响。要实现国际山水旅游城市的目标，应不断提高认识强化经营管理，突出景观特色差异化求发展，挖掘文化内涵提高景区魅力，加强旅游服务重视旅游营销，以提升城市形象，满足人们休闲旅游健身娱乐的愿望。%The northern foot of Qinling ranges in Weinan has rich in the natural resources.
