Skidding phenomenon of rolling elements entering a loaded zone often exists in working process of rolling element bearings,it is an important source to excite vibration of rolling element bearings and has important effects on vibration characteristics of rolling element bearings.Aiming at the skidding problem of rolling elements entering a loaded zone,a vibration analysis model for rolling element bearings was built considering time-varying compliance,radial clearance and skidding excitation to study vibration features of rolling element bearings with rolling elements skidding.The effects of bearing rotating speed,radial loads,speed,friction coefficient and skidding rang angle on vibration characteristics of rolling element bearings was analyzed.The results provided a theoretical guidance for design of rolling bearings,vibration and noise reduction and fault diagnosis.%滚动体进入承载区打滑是滚动轴承工作过程中客观存在的一种现象,是诱发滚动轴承振动的一个重要激励源,影响滚动轴承的振动特性.针对滚动体进入承载区的打滑问题,综合考虑滚动轴承时变刚度、游隙、载荷及打滑激励等因素,建立了滚动轴承打滑振动分析模型,研究滚动体打滑状态下滚动轴承的振动特征,分析轴承转速、径向载荷、摩擦因数和打滑范围角等因素对滚动轴承打滑振动特性的影响规律,为滚动轴承的设计、减振降噪与故障诊断提供理论依据.
