HyperWorks在汽车白车身模态分析中的应用

     

摘要

After taking a body-in-white of China-made passenger car as the analysis object and utilizing HyperWorks software, the finite element modal of body shell of the body-in-white is set up and the main factors that impact the modal of body-in white are analyzed. Focus on the first eight order modes, the analysis result shows that the error can be controlled in 10% compared with the modal tests. This provides the important modal parameters for the research of dynamic response of body-in-white, and it also provides the theoretical foundation for the improvement of structure design of body-in-white.%以国产某小客车白车身为研究对象,利用HyperWorks软件,建立了以壳单元为主的白车身有限元模型,分析了影响白车身模态的主要因素.针对白车身的前8阶模态,将分析结果与模态试验进行了对比,结果误差可控制在10%以内.这为白车身的动力学响应分析提供了重要的模态参数,并为白车身结构的改进设计提供了理论基础.
