Objective To investigate the knowledge, attitude and practice on schistosomiasis for the teenagers in some areas, and provide basis for making out intervention measures on the prevalence of schistosomiasis for the teenagers. Methods 1 725 of junior high school and high school students were surveyed by questionnaire way, and 1 450 of the questioanaires were took back. Results The awareness rate about the basic knowledge of schistosomiasis for the teenagers was not high. For the students surveyed, 59.7% had never done schistosomiasis examination, 50.4% didn't know the main infection time periods, 48.9% contacted infested water in playing water, 59.1% would go to hospital immediately when they suspected the infection of schistosomiasis, and 39.7% were unclear schistosomiasis could cause people to death. Conclusion For the teenagers was easy to be ignored, we should take targeted interventions to improve the awareness to prevent schistosomiasis.%目的 调查该地区青少年对于血吸虫病基本知识的了解程度、态度和行为(KAP)现状.为探讨血吸虫病在青少年中的流行和制定干预措施提供依据.方法 设计统一的调查表,采用问卷的方式调查该地区的1 725 名中学生.其中回收有效问卷1 450 份.结果 青少年对于血吸虫病一些基本知识的知晓率并不高.有59.7%的人从未做过血吸虫病的检查,50.4%的人不清楚血吸虫主要感染的时间段,有48.9%的人以水中嬉戏的方式接触疫水,59.1%的人在怀疑自己感染血吸虫病时会立刻去就医.39.7%的人不清楚血吸虫病是否会使人致死.结论 青少年是一个容易被忽视的群体,应采取具有针对性的干预措施,提高青少年对血吸虫病的警觉性,预防青少年感染血吸虫病.
