扬中市中小学生疟疾防治知识知晓率调查分析

摘要

Objective To investigate the awareness rate of malaria knowledge in primary and middle school students in Yangzhong City. Methods By stratified random sampling, we conducted a sample question⁃naire survey in the primary and middle school students on their knowledge towards malaria. Results A total of 432 people were investigated, and 57.18%responded correctly to six or more questions in general. The aware⁃ness rate concerning malaria transmission , important symptoms, typical clinical manifestations, methods for di⁃agnosis of malaria, the classification and hazards of malaria, treatment of malaria, options for medication, pre⁃vention strategies, eradication of the mosquitoes and World Malaria Day was 54.17%, 58.8%, 85.65%, 59.03%, 54.4%, 96.76%, 45.83%, 25%, 62.5% and 37.96%, respectively. Conclusion Primary and middle school students in Yangzhong city needs improving on their knowledge towards awareness of malaria, especial⁃ly those from primary schools in rural areas.%目的：了解扬中市中小学生疟疾防治知识知晓水平。方法采用分层随机不等比例抽样调查方法,问卷调查中小学生一般情况、疟疾常识知晓情况等。结果共调查432人，6个及以上问题回答正确率57.18%。调查对象对“疟疾传播途径、主要症状、典型临床表现、诊断方法、疟疾的类别及危害、患病后如何处理、治疗药物、预防疟疾方法、灭蚊方法和疟疾宣传日”的知晓率分别是54.17%、58.8%、85.65%、59.03%、54.4%、96.76%、45.83%、25%、62.5%和37.96%。结论扬中市中小学生的疟疾防治知识知晓水平亟待提高，应该重点加强对农村地区小学生的疟防常识普及。
