2013～2015年广西上林县非洲输入性疟疾住院病人抗疟药治疗效果分析

摘要

目的 评价上林县非洲返乡疟疾住院病人治疗效果,为今后疟疾病人治疗和抢救提供科学依据.方法 收集2013～2015年该县从非洲返乡人员血检实验室检验数据及疟疾住院病人临床治疗资料,采用Excel 2013软件进行数据处理分析.结果 该县三年中从非洲返乡人员中血检发现疟疾病人共1 352例,血检阳性率为18.59%(1 352/7 272),住院治疗的疟疾病人共777例,占该县总病人数的57.47%(777/1352),其中恶性疟占77.22%(600/777),间日疟占11.07%(86/777),三日疟占1.54%(12/777),卵形疟占2.45%(19/777),各类型混合感染占1.42%(11/777),其中脑型疟病人11例.经青蒿琥酯等药物治疗和抢救后全部疟疾病人治愈出院,无疟疾死亡病人发生.结论 青蒿琥酯在治疗和抢救疟疾病人中具有较好的作用,未出现疟疾死亡病人,当地居民中未发现继发性疟疾病人,有效保证了当地居民及返乡疟疾病人的身心健康.%Objective To analyze the efficacies of anti-malarial medication in malaria inpatients in Shanglin county returning from Africa for scientific evidence to treat such patients in the future.Methods The laboratory findings of malaria blood tests and clinical data were collected in the inpatients in Shanglin county returning from between 2013 and 2015, and analyzed with software Excel 2013.Results A total of 1 352 subjects returning from Africa in three years were confirmed as malaria by blood tests.Positive blood test results were 18.59%(1 352/7 272).777 patient were treated on hospitalization basis, accounting for 57.47%(777/1 352) of the total malaria patients in the county in three years.77.22%(600/777) were cases of Plasmodium falciparum, 11.07%(86/777) Plasmodium vivax, 1.54%(12/777) Plasmodium malariae, 2.45%(19/777), 1.42%(11/777) Plasmodium ovale, and 1.42%(11/777)mixed infection of all types.Eleven patients were diagnosed as cerebral malaria.All patients were treated with artesunate and other drugs and recovered.No death occurred.Conclusion Artesunate can be efficacious medication for patients with malaria.No death or secondary infection from malaria occurred in Shanglin county in the past three years, which suggests that prevention and control of the imported malaria can be effective.
